How does the purchasing process work at GvK Ceramics

“You can safely place your order through our webshop. Payment is made in advance during booking, and delivery takes place within 5 working days if the item is in stock.

What conditions apply to participating in workshops?

Inschrijving is definitief na betaling. Wilt u annuleren, dan geldt het volgende:
– Tot 14 dagen vooraf: restitutie minus €10 administratiekosten
– 14 t/m 7 dagen vooraf: 50% wordt in rekening gebracht
– Minder dan 7 dagen vooraf: geen restitutie.
– Een vervanger sturen mag tot uiterlijk 1 dag van tevoren (neem contact op).

If a workshop is cancelled by GvK ceramics (for example due to insufficient participants), the full amount will be refunded or the reservation can be rescheduled.

Deelname:
– deelname is op eigen risico
– GvK ceramics is niet aansprakelijk voor schade of letsel
– Er wordt geen garantie gegeven op het eindresultaat van gemaakte producten
– Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor verlies, diefstal of schade aan persoonlijke
eigendommen.

Schade aan Producten
– We doen ons uiterste best om je werk goed te behandelen tijdens stoken,
glazuren en afwerken. Bij schade (bijv. breuk of scheuren) is er geen recht op restitutie.

Klachten en geschillen:
– Klachten moeten binnen 7 dagen na deelname schriftelijk worden ingediend.
– GvK ceramics behandelt je klacht binnen 30 dagen.
– Op deze voorwaarden is het Nederlands recht van toepassing.
