Tijdens deze 2,5 uur durende introductie workshop keramiek maak je kennis met de basis van handvormen. Je gaat zelf aan de slag met klei en leert verschillende handvormtechnieken om een uniek keramiekstuk te maken. Deze workshop is perfect voor beginners die op een laagdrempelige manier keramiek en handvormen willen ontdekken.

You choose exactly what you want to make: a small bowl, cup, altar piece, vase… or something that emerges spontaneously. I guide you step by step, and if you like, you can decorate your piece right away using underglaze. We have some examples available, but it’s always helpful to browse online beforehand to gather inspiration. After the workshop, I take care of firing everything and finishing it with a beautiful transparent or single‑color glaze.

This workshop includes:

• Workshop guidance
• Clay (max 2 items, max 20×20 cm per item)
• All materials and tools
• Two firing rounds
• …and of course coffee/tea with something tasty

After about three weeks, your piece will be ready. You can pick it up, or we can ship it to you for the cost of postage.

We work in a group of up to 8 people, and a few days before the workshop you’ll receive an email with all the practical information.
